How to Find Tracking Number in SMS or Email
Quick tips to spot AWB, FMPC, TBA, and India Post consignment numbers in shipping SMS, WhatsApp, and seller emails.
Patterns to look for
Long digit strings (Delhivery-style AWBs), FMPC/DSPC (Ekart), TBA… (Amazon Shipping), and 13-character codes ending in IN (India Post) are the most common.
SMS, WhatsApp, and email
Search your inbox for the store name or “AWB”, “tracking”, or “shipped”. Avoid copying payment UTR or order IDs when an AWB is also present.
Still cannot find it?
Open the marketplace order page — Track usually reveals the number after dispatch. Before dispatch, tracking may not exist yet.
Enter your AWB / waybill number.
Select a courier if auto-detect does not work.
