Branded shipment tracking for Indian sellers
Pilot prep (Nov 2026)
Seller dashboard features are rolling out ahead of a small pilot. WhatsApp buyer alerts are coming soon — not live yet.
Why buyers need a track link you control
Fewer "where is my order?" messages
Share one link instead of screenshots from courier apps. Buyers see the same AWB status you see — picked up, in transit, out for delivery, or delivered when the courier reports it.
Trust on WhatsApp and Instagram
D2C orders often close on chat. A branded page on whereismyorder.org looks more professional than a raw courier URL — especially for first-time customers.
What you get
Branded tracking page
A public page at /b/your-store with your logo, store name, and support link. Buyers paste an AWB or order reference you share — no login for them.
Branded templates activate when seller features are enabled for your account. Until then, buyers can still track on the main site.
Seller dashboard
Import shipments, see exceptions, tune your tracking page, and manage team access from /app/seller. Built for small teams — not enterprise shelfware.
Dashboard access is part of the seller pilot; create a free account to register interest.
WhatsApp alerts
Coming soonPlanned milestone messages to buyers (shipped, out for delivery, NDR) with opt-in and unsubscribe — not available in production yet. We will not mark alerts as live until they are.
Honest tracking — LIVE means live
WhereIsMyOrder shows LIVE only when we receive real status from a courier or aggregator API. When data is missing, timed out, or blocked, we say so — we do not guess "delivered" or hide failures. You can still link buyers to official courier sites from the same result when needed.
- • Same honesty rules on branded pages and the public tracker
- • No inflated delivery stats or fake timelines
- • Independent tool — not affiliated with Delhivery, DTDC, Amazon, Meesho, or other brands
