DHL is a global express logistics leader with extensive coverage in India for domestic and international parcels. Live DHL status cannot be fetched here — the lookup does not complete, so use DHL's own tracking page, linked below. This page still tells you what a DHL waybill looks like and where to find it.

Shipping to India? (India-bound DHL shipments)
- Status is not fetched on this site. Track with the same waybill number on DHL's official tracker.
- Parcels entering India are cleared by Indian Customs. A scan such as “clearance delay” or “held for customs” usually means documents, recipient ID (KYC) or import duty is pending, and the carrier or its customs broker contacts the recipient.
- Import duty and GST, if any, are usually collected from the recipient before delivery, unless the sender prepaid them.

- Can I track international DHL shipments?
- Not from this site — DHL lookups do not complete here, domestic or international. Use DHL's own tracking page with your waybill number.
- What does a DHL waybill number look like?
- DHL waybills often start with JJD or JD followed by digits, or may be a 10-digit numeric format.
- How do I track a DHL eCommerce shipment?
- DHL eCommerce and Express shipments share the same waybill format, so the same number works on DHL's own tracking page. Neither can be tracked from this site.
- Why does my DHL tracking show 'information received'?
- This means DHL has the shipping label but the parcel hasn't been scanned at a facility yet. Check back after pickup.
- Is DHL tracking free on this site?
- This site is free and needs no account, but it cannot fetch DHL status at all. DHL's own tracking page is also free.
- Can I track a DHL parcel coming to India here?
- Not live. DHL status is not fetched on this site. Use the same waybill on DHL's official tracker; the “Shipping to India?” section above explains customs holds.
