Reuse

Image licence free to reuse with credit

You can use the explanatory images we make in your help page, blog, support chat or slides. Just credit WhereIsMyOrder with a link.

The short version

Images that WhereIsMyOrder creates are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, share, crop and adapt them, including commercially, as long as you give credit with a link back to the page the image came from (or to whereismyorder.org) and say if you changed it.

Which images this covers

What it does not cover

  • Courier and marketplace names and marks (Delhivery, Meesho, India Post and others) belong to their owners. Our images use the names only to describe them. Do not use our images to suggest that a courier or store endorses you.
  • The WhereIsMyOrder logo and brand mark.
  • Anything on the site that is marked as coming from someone else.

Please keep the facts straight

Format cards show the number patterns this site uses to recognise a courier, with dummy example numbers. They are not an official courier specification. The AWB guides are drawings, not real app screenshots, and app labels can change. If you reuse them, please do not present them as official courier or marketplace material. The images are provided as they are, without warranty.
