WhereIsMyOrder.org ("we", "us") provides free public parcel tracking. This policy explains what limited data we process when you use the site.
Tracking numbers
When you submit an AWB, Order ID, or LR number, we send it to the relevant courier system to fetch shipment status. We do not build a user account around your tracking numbers and do not sell personal tracking data.
Analytics & logs
We may use privacy-conscious analytics (such as Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics) and server logs to understand traffic, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. These tools may collect device, browser, and approximate location signals as configured by those providers.
