Terms of Use

Terms for using WhereIsMyOrder free courier tracking — accuracy limits, liability, courier APIs, and acceptable use.

Service

WhereIsMyOrder provides a free interface to look up publicly available courier tracking information. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Accuracy & availability

Tracking status comes from courier systems and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not guarantee delivery times, package condition, or uninterrupted service. For official disputes, claims, or refunds, contact the courier or seller directly.

Third-party courier data

Status timelines are retrieved from third-party courier APIs and public tracking endpoints. Those systems are outside our control. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or downtime caused by courier providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhereIsMyOrder and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on tracking information — including delayed deliveries, lost parcels, or commercial losses. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service with automated scraping, rate flooding, or attempts to disrupt the site or courier APIs. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

No affiliation

WhereIsMyOrder is an independent tracking helper and is not an official website of Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, FedEx, DHL, India Post, or other courier brands mentioned.

Privacy

How we handle lookups, retention, and analytics is described in our Privacy Policy.
