Order ID belongs to the store

Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon order IDs identify your purchase in the marketplace. They are not always the same as the courier AWB.

AWB belongs to the courier

Live hub scans are keyed to the AWB (or LR / consignment). For best results, track with the courier number shown under Track package.

Which should you paste?

Prefer AWB/FMPC/TBA/consignment for courier status. Use order ID only when your seller explicitly says it doubles as the tracking reference.

Why did order ID tracking fail?

Most couriers do not index marketplace order IDs. Copy the AWB from the Track screen instead.
