UPS numbers

Almost always start with 1Z and are 18 characters. Select UPS if auto-detect misses it.

USPS numbers

Often 20–22 digits starting with 91–95, or postal S10 codes ending in US. Select USPS for those.

After US export, later legs may hand off to India Post or a partner — keep both numbers if the label shows a second AWB.

Frequently asked questions

Is FedEx the same as UPS?

No — FedEx uses different numeric formats (often 12 or 15 digits, or 96…). Do not select UPS for FedEx labels.
