Where to find your Meesho order ID

Open the Meesho app and go to My Orders.

Open Track / shipment details — copy the courier tracking / AWB number (not only the Meesho order ID).

Optional: check the shipping SMS from Meesho or the courier for the same AWB.

Which couriers does Meesho use?
Partner assignment depends on seller and pincode. These networks show up often — open a courier page if you already know the brand.
How long does Meesho delivery take?
Many Meesho parcels arrive in about 4–8 days after dispatch for major cities; remote pincodes and COD can take longer. Always trust the promised date in the Meesho app for your order.
Returns: Return windows depend on the product category and seller (often around 7 days from delivery for eligible items). Start returns from My Orders in the Meesho app — policies differ for beauty, innerwear, and made-to-order goods.

Meesho order tracking FAQs
Usually no. WhereIsMyOrder looks up courier systems by AWB / tracking number. Copy the tracking ID from Meesho Track details or SMS after the seller ships.
Meesho sellers and pincodes are served by multiple partners (Delhivery, Shadowfax, XpressBees, and others). The AWB tells you which network has your parcel.
Some sellers add the AWB a few hours after the first “shipped” status. Refresh My Orders; if it stays empty past the promised ship date, contact Meesho help from the order page.
COD uses the same AWB formats. Delivery agents may call for cash collection when status is out for delivery.
Approved returns often create a new pickup AWB. Use the number shown on the return request, not the original forward AWB.
Yes. Paste the courier AWB — no Meesho password and no WhereIsMyOrder account.
Confirm the delivery photo/OTP in Meesho Help if shown, then raise a “not delivered” claim from the order. Courier scans alone may not resolve disputes.
