Step-by-step
Read the failure remark
Track the AWB below and note the courier’s reason code.
Fix contact details
Ask Meesho support to correct phone or address if wrong.
Wait for re-attempt
Keep phone free on the next OFD scan.
Why Meesho deliveries fail
Customer unavailable, wrong/incomplete address, phone unreachable, OTP not shared, COD cash not ready, or restricted entry are the most common remarks.
COD-specific failures
Keep exact change ready when possible. Repeated COD refusals often trigger faster RTO.
What happens after a failed attempt
Couriers typically re-attempt within 1–2 working days or mark the shipment for pickup from a point. Watch tracking for the next “out for delivery”.
Prevent RTO after failure
Update phone/address via Meesho support, add landmark instructions, and stay reachable on the next OFD day.
Live parcel tracker
Enter your AWB / waybill number.
Select a courier if auto-detect does not work.
Frequently asked questions
How many Meesho delivery attempts will I get?
- Often 2–3 depending on the courier. After that, RTO may start automatically.
Meesho delivery failed and now RTO — can I still get it?
- Once RTO is in motion, ask Meesho if a re-ship is possible. Reverse scans mean the parcel is returning to the seller.
