OFD but no doorbell — common causes
Agent still on route, wrong tower/gate, missed call, OTP delay, or a scan updated early before the physical attempt.
Marked delivered but not received
That is a different issue — contact Flipkart immediately with proof of presence and ask for an investigation. Do not discard packaging if something arrives later damaged.

Keep phone reachable, verify address pin on the order, and refresh tracking for “attempted” vs still “out for delivery”.
