Why Amazon attempts fail

Request another delivery
In Your Orders, look for re-delivery / delivery instructions. Update phone, gate code, or neighbour preferences before the next attempt.
Amazon Shipping vs partner courier
Instructions may differ. Partner AWBs (Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.) follow that courier’s re-attempt rules — track the partner number directly.
If attempts are exhausted
The shipment may move to pickup point or return. Contact Amazon with order ID + tracking before it is too late to redirect.
